1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing AI Stock Platform ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, strictly discontinue use. These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION & AI LIMITATIONS

The Platform uses Artificial Intelligence to analyze market data.

  • No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any AI prediction.
  • Not Advice: You agree that the Platform is an informational tool, not a financial advisor.

3. PERMITTED USE

You are granted a limited, revocable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial research.

4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree NOT to:

  1. Scrape or Harvest: Use automated scripts, bots, or spiders to bulk-download our data or AI scores.
  2. Resell: Sell, redistribute, or re-publish our AI analysis or "Premium/Custom" reports.
  3. Reverse Engineer: Attempt to derive our source code or ML model weights.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All AI models, algorithms, logos, and generated text are the intellectual property of GROZA M. CĂLIN PFA who operates the AI Stock Platform.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY ROMANIAN LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE AI PREDICTIONS WILL RESULT IN PROFITS.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to hold harmless GROZA M. CĂLIN PFA who operates the Platform from any claims or losses arising from your investment decisions based on our data.

8. CHANGES

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use signifies acceptance.
